Schedule
After 15 August 2021 it is only possible to register and finalize the payment if you join the conference as a spectator. Accepted participants with confirmed payment will receive their name badges and conference materials at the registration desk located in the ground floor foyer of our main conference venue. The Whova application will be available to online participants, where check-in will be launched. All online and on-site participants will receive (by e-mail or registration) a QR code with a virtual conference bag. Thank you for helping us to reduce paper usage and related waste.
Pre-registration starts on Tuesday. Our registration desk is open throughout the conference, during the times indicated below.
